"SMS" was and could be a main marketing tool if it will not use to make annoy by sending irrelevant and unnecessary message to not targeted community. what is happening since couple of years. i thin this is the main reason customer/people are not fund of benefiting from this medium even though it is widely used and cost effective tool adopted by marketers/companies.
