Technical & Science education in Independent India has failed to address its own problem. The colleges and institutions   that are supposed to be “Temples of Modern India” are simply churning out students lacking skills and scientific application. Public problems are largely not attended to instill confidence in people, more so in the areas of Education, Power, Food, Health, Transport and governance. Slowly Technical & Scientific education lost its SOCIAL RELEVENCE
