It was seen that Indian software industry is based on outsource. And the major unit is the BPO. This unit is majorly affected by recession.

So after recession do you think that solutions offered by BPO's will change?

One really can't agree with amit's arguement, as more number of companies like accenture and cognizant and others who were only into outsourcing and service stuff are coming out with their own consultancy services and their own R&D space in the country so yes there will be change in the solutions offered by these companies after recession.

Yes it would change small things which were called and then solved will now be solved by customer themselves. There base will change now the sector needs to spend more on their training. There knowledge needs to be increased a lot for the product.

Nothing will change everything willl be same. People are not availed of those facilities nowadays as they were used to befire so now they neither have the facilities so they do not need BPO services. And after recession when everything will be the same they will have the same queries as before so nothing is going to change.
