I support your argument Mr.Omkar. To reduce global warming through cutting down the emissions, we need to start from ourself. Each individual has to think that its our duty to save the earth, The government can only bring controls and policies, to make them happen the individuals has to decide.

Yes, good suggestion. Stop using A.C., use solar system instead of gysers, use cfl lamps etc are some ways.

To fight with Global warming it is every one responsibilitiy to take necessary steps. Govt also have to play their role. At individual level we can do some little things like dont use vehicle for small distance, switch off the light when it is not necessary, save water & electricity, regular servicing of your vehicle and much more.
