While there is a definite need to change the pedagogical approach itself, I think there is a need to use technology effectively to augment this process. Do you think both students and faculty will benefit from adopting technology to enhance the learning/teaching process?

I have seen enough evidence in other countries and also in pockets in India where smart use of technology in the learning/teaching process prepares individuals better for the workplace of the 21st century. I believe, that with the right pedagogy and supporting technology, everyone will benefit.
