Its the image wht we project. Others cannot know the product is unless they use it. So its the image that you build which helps to reach the market....

Style should flow from the substance. If the image you project to the outer world is not congruent with what you truly are, then the image will be hollow and will not stand the test of time. A perfect example of style going with substance is mahatma Gandhi. What better style one have adopted that could have truly represnt his inner self of SIMPLICITY. Style needs to flow from  inside-out i.e. one's core values, inner strengths and aspirations and not the other way round.

Substance is what you are. You build upon that with style. If you are only style and no substance you are like a hollow vessel that makes noise. At the job you will not last long
