i believe that its human tendency to get a job and money in good company like infosys ,tcs but is you are not a person from that field that is software then definitely there is a lot of burden on u to compete in this field with your colleague that cause depression. and you may cause some serious damage to your self....

All of as know infosys give the toughest training to employee's ..I think such incidents clearly highlights how the youth are put under
stress & made to work so hard just to yield lucrative results.
The Corporate sector have to understand one thing from such incidents that
“Profits can’t be earned at the stake of employee’s lives”
specially HR’s have to make it sure on behalf of the company. what your opinion is this a real fact or not????

When you cant withstand a training session, how you can handle the job. Too sensitive people are not required for any industry. It shows the debility of mind. When you are aspiring for good package, you are expected to withstand the work pressures. If somebody is ready to pay you, you should be ready to rise to their expectations. This debility might be driving the people for Govt. employment, where you dont need to do the work.

Such cases are not too uncommon when one is subjected to rigorous training, why singling out INFOSYS for that matter! There is an elasticity limit to every individual, if one strives to stretch it beyond a point, imitating others, one needs to succumb to pressure! Trainees of any corporate should view it as a "warning signal". Do not exert undue pressure on self, if one thinks that he/she is wanting in some areas - address the gap immediately without procrastinating!
