Hey, i am back in town! Buddies in between your arguements, would like to add that when a team is built, I still feel the sunsigns matter.

I have seen in my personal experiences that I do not gel well with Gemini and Scorpio. So think when I build my sales team if there is an never ending agruement, with no conclusion, the adverse effect is on the business.  Many cases Virgos and Ariens mismatch.

How many people do you know?? 1000/2000... 20,000???? IS this sufficient for you to Judge if the remaining maybe 20,00,000,000,000,000 or more people of the sun signs I have named are the same as your 20,000???

Look, just for the sake of putting someone down you rate is fine. But if you supply solid proof, I would appreciate your point and acknowledge it in the open forum. But something as filmsy as this... Well, not worth arguing about anyway!!

Can every person not dream to be a Laxmi Mittal?? Come on, its all about a talk while reaching a destination with your sales colleague and you end up asking the most asked question, "Whats your sign?" Its the most natural question I must say.

Also, it does add an edge if you know the traits of a sign and then look at the tell tale signs and voila, you know the person would behave like that at least 60 to 70% of the times!! Well its not a bad practice at all. :))

I totally agree, Sun signs do influence the personality and hence the job the person is in. Eg Scorpios make good entrepreneurs (bill gates, sunil mittal) ;Sagis also make good planners, development head, marketing (Vijay Mallya, KV Kamath) ... and we need followers

For me a Cancerian, Virgoan, Aerian and a Saggi would make great salesman. Any sunsign that has a earth and water element in it can make good listeners and good talkers! Good debate Pratap. Just a suggestion, change the yes to sun signs are indicators and No to Anyone can be a salesman sunsigns do not matter!! :))
