Dear Ma'am, As you had said that the technical people are not working in the betterment of the industry then let me tell you that I am also one of the so called technical person from IT Industry only whose sole intention is to make Indian Cyberspace a safer place. There are people who just spend the days but there are those people too who are doing every bit to make this world much more safer. Let me give you an example. The people residing / working in NIST (i.e., National Institute of Standards and Technology) in United States are some of the hardcore technical people who are writing standards, policies, guidelines etc. so as the coming generation can read, understand and apply it more effectively and efficiently. Lets' take another example which is related to a daily life. You must be using anti-virus products. Just think once - who are those who are investigating, analyzing and then providing the necessary updates so that your computer system can remain safe? Had you ever given a second thought on this?? If not, then do it once. Because that is done by the technical people only that are from the IT industry. These are just some of the examples that shows that how technical people from IT industry are providing their best so that others can work effectively and efficiently. Any further comments are most welcome!

Dear Ma'am, Thanks a lot for starting a discussion / debate. But there are multiple questions asked in a single debate which are way too much confusing. Kindly clarify on what part you want to have a debate: - Net Chatting - ethical or not?
- Use of Internet by common man?
- Reporting of abusive emails or mails??
- Information regarding reporting of complains?
As far as disturbance created by common people is concerned, then if you are the owner of your chat account then you have the power to turn off the chat engine or block the user who is causing annoyance. So, no one can disturb you without your permission.

Dear Sir, Thanks for using Google Search but had you went to those sites too before posting here? I don't think so. Lets' check the 1st website: www.web-police.org This website doesn't contains any information that can be used. It just uses the parked pages serving advertisements. So what should I do with such a website? Nothing. Lets' see the 2nd website: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx The website itself suggests that in the last paragraph @ https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/MailFraud/MailFraud.aspx and is stated as: "If you feel you've been victimized in a fraud scheme that involves the U.S. Mail, submit a Mail Fraud Complaint Form to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service." Kindly note that it involves the U.S. Mail only. So, it can't be used anywhere else. Additionally in the cyberspace the attribution is a big problem. How one can suggest or claim that the action is taking place from U.S. Geographical Boundary only? Do you have any measures to confirm on this part??
