talent management & organisational profit rather co-exist ,rather than any one more important & the other lesser important.without good talent organisation can neither be managed properly nor pushed to profibility.alternatively without being into profit no organisation can afford to hire/employ talented guys/girls.so there must be equal emphasis on both the factors to run any organisation peacefully with profibility.so much so i would like to draw the attention of Mr Ram towards this philosopical dictum;-philaspia ki bahas men khuda milta nahi,dor ko suljha raha ,par chhor milta nahi. likewise only discussion will lead to no concrete result.in india most of our time is wasted in meetings,gossipings & idle sittings,so we must act sportingly our duty with all sincerity without indulging in such non-profiting discussions. i had offered myself to engage me in some big/giant corporate sector to utilise my experiences for the benefit of the organisation,but no information i could recieve from yr side. thanks a lot for inviting to participate in the said debate/topic kailash thakur,retd.joint commissioner
