I don't anything is wrong if TATA sells Nano in Pakistan, because economic prosperity of both the countries is required for the well being of its people.

There is no harm in continuing business with Pakistan. The trade is already there only Nano gets added to the list. So what is wrong.

Ratan Tata should take a call on the need to upgrade the service set up before they pull his leg down in global competition. perfection is missing. accountability is absent. customers feel terribly let down after patronising.

If it can be done, nothing like it. Once we make dependent on us, peace will be easy and chances of re-unification on the lines of germany are bright. Trade and sports can be great levellers.

Yes this is good for both countries to establish relation by launch Nano on Pakistan, it is helpful for those people who cant purchase luxury vehicles they will be enjoying by Tata's decision, when we have been enjoying the songs of Pakastani singers and we not realize it is sung by those, so why they not enjoy with Nano. This is appreciable step I hope when the Prime Ministers of both countries will meet they will have been enjoy to talking Nano instead of Kashmir.

Just in... Obama decided "not" to release any photos !!! And said "Its in "interest" of US not to release them :)) Same as it was in the case of "Plane" hitting Pentagon !! I hope sane people would understand the similarity here :) Up Till now they have changed their story few times. I wonder if we are watching a "live" video feed why our stories keep changing :)) Osama was shot in gun fight. Then OH!!! we just remember he was unarmed :)) He used woman as human shield. OH!! Just remember she was trying to save her husband (nothing new, any wife would do that) Even they "cant" show the casket going into the sea :)) ha ha ha ha.... what a funny story!! The bottom line is that there was no "Osama" in that compound!!! He was killed long time back, they just used his name this time to gain pointers !!! Like they did back in 9/11. They raid the compound : True. They killed few : True. They took his son : May be true. They killed Osama in there and that day : FALSE!!!! Now coming to Tata Nano :) Sure we need to increase trade relations so other relations get a boost. The problem lies with faction in India and Pakistan who does not want this. So lets hope for the best.

Certainly at the hindsight, if both the countries wanted to prosper economically, this could be a step forward to step up relations and trade. But, we have traded like this before and all that we got in return is a shower of bullets. We need to learn from the past that trading goods does not benefit anyone but Pak alone. We have other options trading with Afghanistan and other friendly nations and therefore not trading with Pak will not do any harm in anyway to us.

Whatever is the relation there is no harm in doing business for mutual benefit and these sort of things will actually normalize ties in long run.

smita is correct. TATA Nano cannot unleash any magic. If trade relations are to be developed ,let them start it by way of opening a vegetable market every Wednesday or every Sunday on the Wagah border. Let Indians buy, bargain, cook and eat vegetables of Pakistan and vice versa, let us start the Agro-trade first, then we can think about other trade links. After all the way to one's heart is the stomach. We can think about NANO later.
