How many times did you discuss an idea which would make money in your canteen?
How many times have you felt, only if I have a team, I could've brought this to reality?
How many times you thought, this is not the right job for me, I wish I could something like...?
How many times you felt, if only I could invest my money in a real upcoming company?

Well, we are a group of people who felt the same way as you, we had ideas for businesses, for project, we wanted to volunteer, we wanted to share, we wanted to do something that we like but were not qualified or experienced enough to land up in a job in that field which pays as well as our current jobs.

And from these experiences was born www.teamup.in

To register we charge a nominal fee of Rs.100 per annum from each member to make sure only interested people register. We wanted only serious participants to teamup, hence the condition. For college students who can't do an online transfer, we are going to colleges to register.

We wanted some feedback on this and thought what better place than a TooStep Debate? Any and every feedback is appreciated.

I think it would help as only those interested will join us. With this one condition we intend to check 2 factors:

a. There is a little effort involved in Online transfer. If a person is not ready to take that effort, then the team is better of such people (if lack of effort is the reason behind not registering)

b. Though Rs. 100 is a nominal amount. Still the person registering is taking a risk with that amount. We want to see if the person joining the team has that risk taking capability or not. For us, this is a very important criteria

I don't think so murali, if there is a registration fees then the traffic that one would generate would be very less, so i think it should be free,  as people avoid sites which ask money for their registration..
