As we all know  that this Programme already increased the number of students in the schools. The additional financing will enable Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan to expand activities related increased access at upper primary level, increase elementary level completion rates, and improve learning outcomes for the full elementary cycle.

I except that if this money is properly used ("Without any kind of corruption") then it will surely helpful to improve the quality of elementary education....
