Nowadays the companies were providing very less pay to the freshers like me. Being a freshers we are coming to the market with alot of dreams but our dreams are crushed by some companies where the working timing, the work load is more when compared with the salary they are offering. Being a freshers we cant ask for more salaries but the companies can at least provide the salary as par with the work he/she is doing without exploiting them much.

There has to be parity and level playing field for the new entrants in corporates. New entrants should also be very conscious about the selection parameters. Exploitation is the order of the day, wherever possible, if you are weak they will exploit.

I also agreed with your points but some where money does not matters. Every freshers have lots of dreams about thier first job and they have expectations that they will learn a lot but what happen when they did not get such opportunities and thier skills are totally ignored becasue only of fresher's tag. So, for me money is a cause but but what is more important for me is to management should acknowledge the skills of the freshers and should give them the responsibilites. By this fresher will not only motivate but also reserve a bright future for themselves.

I support character. If you develop a good character lots of people will come with you to share their knowledge. So character paves way for knowledge.
