we are being laughed at when it comes to our Judicial System. Often, it happens that the plaintiff & the accused pass away while the system is still trying to pronounce judgement. Kasab is a living proof as to how well the criminal can live on indian tax payers money as he has the right to appeal to a higher court to challenge his death sentence. If you take into account the total number of cases pending in our courts, the figure is astronomical. Is it fair to all those killed in 26/11 debacle, security forces & hostages alike that, in spite of his guilt being proven even before his trial & also after the year long due judicial process we put him through..... he still lives happily in a 3 crore luxury bunker & demands basmati rice everyday. This is not justice & I refuse to accept the claim - "Let the Law take it's own course". The system is flawed & the world can see. Death Sentence is for people who deserve it & this guy deserves this the most. Kasab is not the only reason for this debate but just is a strong example of how impotent our legal system is!
