The Internet is the root of all evil

Okay, you think net is not good, root cause to all evil things. Don't use it for a months time, including work-hours, then tell us your experience.

If you can stay away from Internet or any communication device! Boss, you are unique in this entire universe. [! almost every device is finally hooked onto the network of computers, and you are the only one not using it in 9999999......n galaxies].

You are an IT Professional, how you think you will survive without using computer not connected to each other. If I want to convey a simple text message to my friend in US; should I just throw my Laptop in that direction, or should I take next available flight just to show him message on my screen.

You should think of protecting yourself from net, if you are so scared. Have you ever heard of Firewall, Computer Security, Website Blockage, Ethical Hacker/ing?

PS: Stop using google, it would be most dangerous think to hit network of computers and being used. It captures your IP, Searches, services used, links followed, almost everything.

Internet has revolutionized communication in academe and businesses. It has facilitated automating almost all the Business processes helping companies to achieve cost and resource optimization. Would be imprudent to blame Internet for lack of self control! It would nt have been possible for you to post an idea here in the absence of Internet. Thank Internet for providing enormous opportunities of information sharing.

It is not the internet which is to be blamed. It is the mentality of the persons watching the same who have to be blamed , the intention of browsing the net has to be good just watching is not a crime.Then watching an adult movie has to change ones mind. There are countless people who watch different sites but how many are changing into evils , this depends on the person watching it.

Internet cant be responsible for evil,because internet is being worked by humans mind.As we all know everything in the world has merits as well as demerits.Its depends on human being which one they want to choose.Then should we stop technology improvement?should we stop using mobile?Then why we blame all those?Rather there should be some measures,some laws on using evil part.Moreover people should be more cautious. 

Then why everyone's hooked onto the net.

When your child surf at the sites where he/she should not be,,,it's really evil,,,& when the same children talks you from abroad with a web-cam,,,nothing like that,,,how you could decide ?????????

An extremely powerful invention can be lethal tools too. It is upto you how you are using it. Nuclear technology is used to make bombs as well as the most potential source of pwer. You cannot blame the technology, the invention. You can blame us, the human being who have an evil mind in themselves and that evil mind gives direction to the technology.

All u do now a days is through the internet and if u r afraid of this evil then learn the basics and the mantra to get controll over it..

There is good and bad in every medium of communication like Movie, Print and Electrinic media etc.   Its totally dependent on the individual who is acceing/interpreting the information to take bad or good out of it.  

Since we are talking about internet, one can gain immense knowledge by browsing whole lot of websites about technology or simply get into porn sites.  So Internet is just a provider of information, and its in users hand how to utilize it and get benifit out of it.
