I’m no supporter of capital punishment. But honestly speaking, I haven’t, regardless of my reservations against the dictum of an eye for an eye, been able to bring myself around to pleading lesser punishment for Ajmal Kasab.

I think the Indian State has been quite fair in ensuring for him the defense he needed in his trial for waging a war against our country— and for carrying out pre-meditated wanton killings. In his pursuit, he butchered innocent people of all faiths including Muslims.

Our Supreme Court has justified death penalty in the “rarest of rare” cases. Kasab’s crime fits that description. But in his walk to the gallows, he should be afforded the appeals to which he’s entitled under the Law. That will establish before the world the fairness of our judicial system, at once denying Kasab’s Pakistani mentors any opportunity to cry foul.

This is what we are doing since long. Show our big heart and kindness to cruel. They are laughing on us. Look back in history. It is time to act like USA, China, Isreal. PUNISH so hard that they afraid to attempt again.

Talking about Kasab, then he must get his death in installments and that too a broadcasting unit must cover the death. Cut him in small pieces daily starting from toe to head that will be the death he deserve. NO MERCY

Those who don't understand the language of love are to be punished surely. In fact if every time you are showing your kindness the person on the other end will take it as a lack of dare. If you want others to understand your language then you must speak in their language and this is only policy says.

Today's time nobody want to take pain for the country everybody become selfish. Unity in country is most strong part which can bring fear in terrorist before they plan any such thing against humanbeing. Neither PUNISH or SHOW KINDNESS to terrorist is not a solution.

do punish then think about how to show kindness... on terrorist activists..

 

don't be like gandhi always some times we should prove ourself as GODsay.

He is not child that he needs of training to drive him..(he know well, what good and bad). May be titanic persons also their behind him.. but it should be an example if we punish him. That indians also have the self respect.

if we show patience for longer period, we can't see our heirs in near future.

I dont expect a single indian memory, if we show kindness.

punishing  THOSE REAL masters behind every plan is worth... punishing an ordinary man who is forced under the pressure of some big shots is really wrong.. and the punishment shud be extreme.. so that in future anybody should fear to attempt a crime! but this is not happening.....! these ppl don deserve kindness..

What would we get show kindness towards kasab, Afzal, Osama the list is endless? If kindness is the solution of Cruelty then we did big mistake by making Laws against Crime. But to have hold on the crime/cruelty it shud always be there.

He was not the person behind the master plan, People who are behind this are moving freely, what would we get awarding death penalty to kasab, ofcourse he should be sentenced to 100 years of life prisonment.
