today number of training centers and the consultancies are becoming larger and the cost for their trainning also becoming larger and larger so is they are really needed to get a right job

Only sometimes. That’s kind of a yes & no. Sometimes they do help & sometimes they don’t. Many times even though you may have all of the training needed, it doesn’t guarantee you the job or that you’ll get a good job from a good company.

But sometimes through many consultancies and training centers you can get a good job. It just depends on who or what company is doing the training & where the jobs are located. But many times they aren’t necessarily needed in order to obtain a good job from a good company.

I am partially agree with question. Getting jobs through consultancies (professional consultancies) sometimes helps us but I don't think about training center..

The politics is so bad that the consultants, feeling left out of the job jump, will make sure you get a low deserving job!!! It's atrocious. In other words, only a CEO can get u a VP or AVP job, not a lowly recruiter, who will want you stifled and suppressed.

How could one say that we cant get a good job through consultancies....................the companies after recruiting the people train them....If a person already be trained he will be having more chances to get the job..Because he has some experience in that domain or for that position....So in my opinion we can improve out chances of getting a good job..

yes till now it is the smart one .. but i never use the smarter ones because i loose my cell phones oftenly so i will go for the general ones
