Recently, Tiger Woods apologized for his "selfish" behaviour and at the same time, showed signs of moving on. He said he is sorry for whatever he has done and he wants to return to golf. Emerging from a nearly three-month break from the game and public life after admitting to cheating on his wife, the 34-year-old accepted that he was unfaithful and had affairs, he cheated. Even did unacceptable deeds.

Woods did not take questions after his statement and gave no account of what actually happened to cause the accident when he crashed his car outside his home. It was that accident that snowballed into tawdry revelations about his personal life. Numerous women claimed to have had affairs with Woods in the days that followed. The revelations hit Woods's sponsors hard, with Accenture and AT&T ending their endorsement contracts with him while the sordid saga became the stuff of jokes worldwide.

So users, do you think people will accept him now?

we will accept him because we HE IS A CELEBRITY, AN IDOL, TALANTED PLAYER, TREND SETTER. If we do some thing like this in our society we will be discarded for ever but TIGER does same thing it is fashion, status symbol...he can just say sorry and do away with it. We feel chalo at least he accepted his mistake and give him a second chance.

Do you feel he is apologizing from his heart...do he? What is a need for him to do so?

Can we stop him from playing GOLF otherwise on moral grounds, NO, never. It is just to rebuild his imagery which lead to revenue from advt is under hit due to this episode, he just want to get rid of this issue.

We should at least set a lesson for others to follow by discarding him and the product he endorse, So that nobody else the same thing and say SORRY and get away with it.

Though the episode was sad being he a celebrity & being idol for millions of sports lovers; but it is his personal life & for now he seems to be realizing his deeds & has publicly apologized.

I find no reasons that he shouldn't rejoin the courts & if he remains to be a tiger in grass fields, public 'd definitely accept him, ya it may take a bit long to get lucrative endorsements.

Isn’t Golf, Wood's profession? And if he returns back to it, what’s there to accept or not. And when did he become the epitome of Morality?

What had happened those many months back was between a man & his wife, and yes certainly between the same man and many a women. The event got snowballed into a major controversy. But keeping all apart, Tiger Woods would surely be accepted as a golfer as this is the paltform we came to know him of and to correct & conduct himself is all that he needs to do - something that he's been promising to do. Yes, he will be accepted.

certainly YES. Personnel life is differ from the social life or carrier. We should not care or poke our nose in to celebrities personnel life. Not only tiger woods, many celebs are facing this problm. It is more exposed by media the only reason is to increse their circulation or TRP rating.

Sports or art or etc should be focus only for the individual talent not foe their personnel life.

Great topic of debate. We do not have to look too far back into history at another sports figure who faced similar circumstances: Kobe Bryant. He proved to us that "Winning Cures All." If Tiger returns to the course and wins, there is no doubt in mind, people will accept him.

Tiger is accepted by the people shearly on the basis of his golfing skills. People have no chice to accept him as a golfer till he excelles in his job and continue to win. His socially immoral behaviour will definately reduce his stature as a brand ambassador of consumer products he will endorse. The companies will decide the extent of  the damage to his image.

Absolutely!!!

We Know Tiger first for His Golf then the Scandals. So, if his game is still the way it was then there is no point of Rejection.

Why not? For me he still remains an idol!

Tiger Woods will always remain an enigma for me. I still have the same respect for him. What he did outside the course and the fairways does not influence my ideology at all. Its lame to do so. He is talented period!! its different that he showed talent in wooing damsles as well :))

Maybe there is an emotional association that he has with his flirtations and winning the PGA! I am now worried what would happen to such an enigma if he actually turns a new leaf?? Jokes apart, i will always support him for his talent in the game rather than wooing damsels!

I think people will accept him. He is feeling sorry for whatever he has done and wants to live a normal gentle life now. I think he will be given another chance.

These kind of people never change. Tomorrow he will do similar mistake again and apologise and again do mistake. So simple...Just say "sorry" and do whatever you want. These kinds of people won't be forgiven.

I believe that when a bill is rejected so many times there has to be loopholes in the bill too and we can clearly see them. The main problem is that we are too emotional that we are not able to find the realistic approach to the matter.
