Keywords : ten years back todays rs. 10000. were as good as rs. 1000.this relate to time value of money but the place value of money causes undue gains to the developed nations. in usa average income us doller 6000. and in india may be rs. 4000. but the exchange rates of idollar=rs 50 give a fifty times benefit to the developed countries which is a partiality and injustice towards developing countries

We should change or modify the exchange rates. Unless this is not done there can not be any parity between the living standards of different regions.The natural resources are free as provided by the earth, but the labour and another charges are relevent to the living standard of the masses.

China prints books at China and supply to USA at a price less than the manufacturing cost at USA.That means that the labour is not paid its due share as in USA.

BUT WHY THE  FACT OF CHEAP LABOUR IN DEVELOPING NATIONS NOT UTILISED TO EARN MOREBY MODIFYING THE EFFECT OF EXCHANGE RATES
