"EXAM KA MANAGEMENT FUNDA".. To be a good "Professional",always start to study late for Exams. Because it teaches how to manage "TIME" and tackle"Emergencies"

The present day slogan of "SMART WORKING" can be applied here coz at the end of the day smart workers are praised,,,and if you have this habit from your childhood then it is really  fruitful in the long run. I have seen HRs preferring those students who were back benchers and who hav the habits of bunking the classes...or in other words "STUDENTS WHO WERE NOT SERIOUS".

And HRs defended by saying- "yes if a student can pass his exam by sitting at back bench,,,or by bunking the classes,,that means he is a "SMART STUDENT". or "A SMART WORKER".

Now I hav a question running in my mind....."CAN A COMPANY RELY UPON SUCH A WORKER WHO IS NOT DISCIPLINED IN HIS LIFE."

"IS THAT KIND OF PROFESSONAL THE PRESENT DAY COMPANY NEED."

In the campus interviews too big companies like Infosys n bla bla dont even ask a single technical question....So wats the need of "TAKING STUDY SERIOUSLY". Its the training of the company that counts.

Do You all agree with it,,,i know U will surely be coz its the present trend........its the so called "MODERNIZATION IN THOUGHTS"

But my dear Professionals...What about the Shiv Khera's slogan "Discipline Gives You Freedom in Return"

No Tarun, I don't agree with you. HR's don't exactly prefer last bench students or those who study late night before the exam because he does not know anything about the candidate. And you can't say, all the students who are like this as smart people. Unless he has some knowledge about the subject he can't take the training properly and perform in a better way. And a person who is not disciplined in his early ages cannot be a professional..... :)

THANK YOU KIRTI FOR YOUR INVITATION.

STUDYING LATE OR EARLY DOES NOT MAKE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE GRASPING,RETAINING AND REPRODUCING SKILLS OF THE STUDENT.AND IN THE INTERVIEW OR GROUP DISCUSSION IT IS THE PRESENTATION SKILLS,CONVINCING CAPACITY,ADAPTABILITY TO SITUATIONS ARE KEY FACTORS.AFTER BEING EMPLOYED AGAIN THE REQUIREMENTS ARE INITIATIVE,ANALYTICAL,PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITIES AND LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST COPING UP WITH THE ORGANISATION.

studying late for exams stems from a few reasons - sheer lazziness, disorganized and undisciplined life style, unmotivated attitude, sheer ego that makes one set out to prove that you can do it in the last minute.

I also did it. Unfortunately the value of regular study comes to one only after one finishes college. Discipline as an essential constituent of life is a concept we all realize too late.

Doing sdomething on time, routinely spares us a lot of stress and makes easier to manage things.

In fact looking back on my college / hostel life, i would say it is one of stupider things i did - studying in the last minute!!!!

Those who start late and study in late hours need not be always the best.

We need to understand the individual learning capabilities as well as the biological-clock of every individual are different.

There are those who attend classes regularly, listen to what is taught by the faculty and score high, while there are others who attend classes irregularly, may not listen to what is taught by the faculty and may still score high (not speak of those who flunk in either cases).

And there are those who complete their home studies by 10 PM and sleep to get up early to study again and there are those who start their studies late in the Night to continue till early hours of the Day and both may score high or low, according to their learning capabilities, irrespective of the comfort-timings of their biological-clocks.

Hence, the Biological-Clock of Individual is not the benchmark to judge an individual's capabilities in studies.

And till now we have only discussed the learning capabilities of Academic Studies, where there is always a class of individuals who might not have aptitude for Academics and may excel in other fields.

Life itself is an examination hall. It is not the time, when you start studying or when you study , when you sleep that matters. It is the innovative / enthosiastic spirit in you, your basic inteligenct and quest for learning that makes you pass exams and also makes you successfull in life. By successful means not making money or occupying seat power, it is making yourselves usefull to this world.
