for a short time buttering is possible but to grow contineous in company only your work helps as stairs..

I fully support your views Rituben!  Anything other than work(hard-work) will not produce lasting results. Buttering or chamchagiree(even where it worked) resulted in hollow or very ephemeral outcome.For one who  desires to climb the ladder of success without any guilty feeling, one should not think of anything other than hard work. Its results are slow but CERTAIN.
