Short term courses according to the market needs and demand is a better choice. People do their UG/PG and do a job which is no where related to their education. The reason being they are not aware of the market. So since the market is changing we need to have short courses to win it......

Higher Education should only for those who have to potential to carry their higher studies in terms of knowledge and must have financial support that may be given by their parent/government. Others should go for short time professional courses and its government and corporate sector duty to raise jobs for them. for e.g., If there is a job for sales person in current scenario, minimum requirements are person should be graduate/post graduate but actually there is no need that job can be easily done by a person who have a short term course in communication skills and a short term training or course in the sales field .
