We have seen in the recent past that big MNC's are not helping in creating new jobs . Because of the cut throat competition companies are resorting to cost cutting and everywhere employee satisfaction is on the l9oowest ebb. There should be some control of the govt on this. Privatisation is good but not at the cost of the interest of the employees. What we see today young professionals are working on the rolls of third parties and there is no job security .
