Its just like that...that they have just cleared their masters so they get better opportunities....its always good that we should give chance to freshers as well because they have all the rights to prove themselves. They can show their ability as they have fresh mind....

Yes, As per as current industry trends concern they are looking forward for a personnel having Sound Soft Skills including Attitude, Business ethics, Confidence, Comm. Skill, Basic Managerial l skill, Domain Knowledge, So MBA is dominated over Experience graduate......
