I think a separation must be there. Involving and showing the designations and work profiles of members discussing, has a bad impact on the over all discussions. May be i think, there can be many more people who want to join in while discussing crucial issues but they don't because there Job/Employment profile gets open to others. Infact, even those who discuss matters and join, may somewhere hide the details as if "please just read between the lines". A person's fear of his/her business/job getting affected can be a common fear i think. My focus is on the mixture of "Job/Business Network" and "Debate/Discussion Network", which is probably not a good combination. What do you think ? Thanks. :)

I don't think that makes a huge difference. No matter who you are ?? you can express you views on toostep. As far as i am concerned I have not felt that while discussing... So if you have knowledge about the discussion, do participate...
