Why are we looking at it only negatively? restricting this debate to Keeping Mum or looking at punishment itself is wrong. In today's scenario, it is not how the money got accumulated that should bother us. Let us leave that matter to Anna Hazare and his team. What should bother us is what we can do with that money? We can bring the world to its knees! Then how should we bring it to India. One very easy thing to do is encourage those who kept the money abroad, to bring it back to India. Why will they do it? If they can keep say, 65% of it. Should we allow them to keep 65% of it? Why not, if they invest entire money in productive activities in India or to acquire oil assets abroad! The fact is that it is national wealth and when it should be harnessed. NOW IS THE TIME TO HARNESS NATIONAL WEALTH OF SUCH LARGE SCALE!! So let us give a open call to black money'ed white elephants. Bring the money in and invest in India and keep 65% of the money!! The economic miracle that we can witness then will be a great one....

Principle of Gravity: WHATEVER GOES UP WITH A VELOCITY COMES DOWN AT MULTIPLIED VELOCITIES.If it comes here it happens with everyone. Let the politicians suffer on our behalf. So, lets stay down to calculate the formula.

Politicians whatever may be their party affiliations are alike. They all belong to same piece of cloth. As such there is not much uproar on this issue. Bureaucrats and business tycoons who have the political backing have also their hand in this. Those who are in the proximity to power is enjoying at the cost of the common man. Reality in Indian democracy is "people dont have any power; they are being mislead by politicians dividing the people on many counts. Unless people are awakened, we cant do anything except for keeping mum and watch what happens. I salute the Indian democracy. Lol

Though it is easy to take this stance and say politicians must be punished but knowing india and the political scenario, this is not gonna happen. SO i think we need to watch for the moment but also activate support groups and also ensure someone files a PIL in the courts.

The following have to be done in order of priority :- 1. BRING BACK THE MONEY - FIRST of ALL India has to make efforts to Bring back the money. Do anything to get it back. In fact, we can set up two or three “Special Banking Zones” (in the lines of SEZs) where we can offer the same sort of banking system offered by Swiss Banks or banks in Mauritius or Cayman Islands. Only difference is we can offer some kind of interest or a slightly higher interest to the money deposited instead of no interest or very low interest. This could be a no questions asked banking system and be open to anyone from the world. This way, we would be able to get at least 20% of the money stashed away, especially, money belonging to persons from other countries like Eurpoe, US and Far East.
2. Offer pardon to persons who have evaded tax only - Government can offer a system whereby people who have stashed away money (without pay taxes only) can be offered a scheme where they keep the money after paying some kind of taxes only. Government can offer a pardon and not send them to prison.
3. Punish those who have stashed away BRIBE money - Make strict laws to severely punish those who have stashed away bribe money by seizing all their earned as well as ancestral (bestowed) assets. Put the offender in prison, and just give his/her family a small amount for sustenance. Withdraw all reservation benefits to the family and expel their children from college (they can only study in school and that to a corporation school only). Make it a law that the offender and his family cannot go to any other country by seizing their passport too.
- Most of all, implement this and punish a few thousand people, right from the lowest level (peon) to the top executive, so that the rest of the lot is so scared even to think about taking a bribe.

Media trial has already begun. Dissemination to the larger mass about this menace is happening day in day out. Without the support of various rungs of society, politicians alone cannot stash away our fund in foreign banks. Money trail has to be established. Unfortunately, the politicians are the legislation makers, and they are all hand in glove across the board. They can alter the provisions to guard themselves from any vagaries as the situation demands.

make those ill gotten stashed money as void, invalid to be burned in sahara desert. Let us write to Swiss bank to banish those money as invalid account, confiscate them as illegal money block those accounts, make those people as invalid citizen of India remove their passport from the computer system. Today, we have seen a culprit Hasan Ali living happily with 50,000 crores money as income tax fine leaving scot free. Even supreme court is fed up with black money laundering unabated right from independence india. This malice cancer ingrained in our system.

There is no other way of regaining the money. But in support of the US Govt. all the countries in the worl are now trying to do the same for gaining those money. From our side, the fact is THIS IS INDIA-- ISKA KUCH VI NEHI HOGA... We have to take the initiative and gather 10000 of people in road to exhibit our Grievance and another thing is that stop voting for anybody. If possible, kill the politicians by MOB in tricks.

Politicians must punished; Top five India—- $1,456 billion Russia —$ 470 billion UK ——-$390 billion Ukraine - $100 billion China —–$ 96 billion We need to start a movement to pressurise the govt. to do so !! this is perhaps the only way, and a golden opportunity, to expose the high and mighty and weed out corruption !! Who can save India and Indians, when we are bent on turning the wheels of progress backwards? There are pending court cases in the matter. Big LOL ! shame on politicians
