It is difficult to drive by car/motorcycle peacefully in our country. Though rules are their nobody follow the signal, horning, overtaking in bridge, etc. Is it necessary government should make more awareness of the rules, fine them or cancel the licence. Due to this frequent accident and lose of life is common in our city. How to avoid this situation.

This should be in the Ideate section. The starting point is issuing licences - in a country like Dubai , you cannot get a licence unless you can show you are a good driver , "good" meaning that you know all the traffic rules , and that you adhere to them at all times.

Unless we tighten our licence issuing system , so that only deserving drivers get licences , we can never eradicate traffic indiscipline from this country.

How are you going to fine people on the spot ? While you catch and fine one driver , another 10 would have got away. If at all you wish to continue this drive , then you will need double the number of policemen on the roads.

The moment you stop this penalty drive , within a matter of days , it will be business as usual.

A majority of the overspeeding and rash driving culprits are two-wheeler drivers , mostly in the age group 18 to 30. Issuing licences to this age group should be controlled to the maximum extent possible. So many school going children drive two-wheelers - traffic police should do something about this segment of motorists.

yes, the traffic rules should be maintained strictly by cancelling the license of the person if he deviate rule 3 times and he should never get the license next time

in spite of the traffic rules people in general  they dint follow the rules. Due to this traffic accident takes place on everyday resulting to problem with passengers. I feel government should take it seriously this matter and to educate the public and to fine them heavily who violate the rules.

Increase both frequency and quality of checks.

As also increase penalties and punishment.
