Behavioural training is very essential for every individual. That will help him cope up with any situation. That will also help him hone his dormant skills, creative ability, think out of box, etc.

In any organization, its is believed that mending the behavior of the employees will provide smooth functioning of the activities within organization. If so, what is the necessary of the Pre-departure training for the well behaved or well cultured employees, who know to handle any situation whit the available knowledge and abilities.

For an employee to be succesful, he should understand the company's vision and mission. Them he has to understand his importance in the system.  This understanding is given to him during the induction and subsequent training programs.  Behavioral training helps him to polish his skill sets and improve his productivity.

I think behavioral training will be more efficient than pre departure training. For handling situations an employee needs reasoning capabilities and knowledge but he should know how to do it, that is more important. So behavioral training is important....
