i think both men and women are equal and it is the way we have been brought up ,and the way we think and assume so many things for different genders that matter.

may be there would be certain thing which men can do better and women would be better in certain things.some thing which men can only do and some which women can only do.

one against the other is waste of energies and time.

Training reduces the gender gap. good imagination, indeed...if trainer and the trainee do not feel it and if they are quite serious about the training subject.

on the lighter side but truely, my brother trained a girl and the gender gap is so much reduced that he married her...
