According to me, firstly, most of the work is done by using modern mechanism/technology for reducing the labour/employee cost and secondly, even today our educational system is not practical which we really lack.

i think unemployment is b'cause everyone needs to achieve more than he deserves.though i am s/w eng & today professional i have given 10-12 interviews in kpo & ito we should not bother about job profile otherwise you will be unemployed for whole life

Hai friends i support for lack of communication. the people may be intelligent,with good skills etc.,but if they r unable to express that,its an utter waste.,even the way u communicate matters a lot.Even though ,u r anaware of any skills ,the way u impresss them will fetch you everything.communication involves manythings like body language,eye contact,your voice etc .,all this should be effectine,moreover u should be confident on wat u speak,if so u cant get wat ever u desire,.,but not just by waiting when does my luck fetch me.., its the developing nation,think differently,not waiting for your turn of luck to come,but to challenge yourself.., -PruthviPriya

Yes , because I attended more that 50 companies and i was thrown out in GD, technical and hr in some other companies but finally i was selected in Jean Martin ,but they didn't recruit me y bcoz I'm a 2009 passedout and i asked y sir won't u tell it in first round, for that they told recently we received report from our CEO like that and in Jean Martin they are totally four rounds

1st- 20 technical apps w/o choices (i.e 20 C,data structures,C++ pgm,for that need to write o/p)

2nd- 13 technical pgms, need to write coding

3rd- telephonic intr -tecnical oral

4th - hr

then tell me in this case which plays luck or communication skills???

hi mam,i respect ur opinion,but its all about one's perception....n as per me.....if u are/are'nt supposed to be for something(as per destiny)..then hardly matters wether u have commn.skills or not...
