success is a teamwork. without the team's support nobody can be successful. There is always someone with the enterpreneur for support.

Yes its totally team work, the one who work should be supported and the team which work successfully is success for company and the company should always dedicate a day to celebrate companies success. It will boost and encourages working spirit... Mr.Srinivas, the Taj is great monument......still it is a doubt weather taj mahal is built by shahjahan.........or modified tejo mahal into taj mahal...........and one more thing about cruelty about shahajahan is he paid the artisan ok. But why did he cut their hands. It was not in the rule........ We spend on studies of our children........when they achieve in studies of other activities if we don't appreciate them and tell them, hey! this really good I am happy, there is still to achieve I am here for your support you achieve..........child will prepare for more ….(freely expressing with family )it’s just like that appreciate and say thanks along with your duty .we are morally boosting once ability to achieve more its team work.

yes I think there are lot unsung heroes behind every success. As a society we are very much obsessed with hero or one man who done everything but that never the case Its always a team effort which makes one success.

The concept, the execution or the management control are in the hands of such unsung heroes other than the investors to which success belongs....!!

Thanks Arti for referral. Its obvious. Not in every stage, may be in the initial stage. Every entreprenuer gets some kind of inspiration from some one, either from human beings or from other living creatures on earth (need not necessarily be human)!

You name any business, an entrepreneur projects big about him/herself.But there are some unsung heroes behind every entrepreneur's success.Manier times they are not highlighted or do not get recognition which is actually desired! Is there any way to support such unsung heroes so as we can bring more professional work culture in business especially in India. Also are qualifications like M.Tech,Ph.D and that too from IITs, IIMs are becoming too fancy! How many unsung heroes can afford such courses from both financial aspect and also due to circumstances there are into and also may be at what life stage they are into, etc

I agree with Purvi, an entrepreneurs success lies in an individuals hardwork. Unsung heroes are unseen and hence their contribution cannot be gauged. It is usually the entrepreneurs idea which kickstarts a concept in the first place.

Arti, thanks for the referral. An entrepreneur might have been supported by many. A typist might have typed the project, a banker might have evaluated and extended loan. Similarly a lawyer might have vetted the proposal. But, they all extended their support and paid for that. We can not credit all these. But for their active support, the project might have failed. They did their duty perfectly and the leader thank them appropriately. There ends the matter. Who built the Taj Mahal- the answer is "Shahjahan" and not the artisans, not the workers. Communists often argue that without the worker, the Shahjahan dream of building a world renowned beautiful structure. Its ridiculous. Workers did their job and they all paid adequately. We cant list the name of the each worker alongside Shahjahan. Same is the case with this.

Puravi thanks for referral. I think success depends on the TEAM and the leader always get the crown on achieving the goals and in real terms the team members remain unsung heroes.
