There are chances after Barack Obama has become the president that financial conditions will chage with its budget into action.

I don't think the worst for the US economy is over. This is because of the fact that 85,000 jobs were lost in December 2009 according to the latest unemployment data. Also, demand and credit growth hasn't started picking up in the economy. According to market experts if the stimulus package offered to the industry by President Obama in early 2009 doesn't work, there is a possibility of another bubble bursting off in the near future.

No its still long way to go as there are still more stories to be unfold over there, worst is yet to come. First story is of balancing situation of big pension funds over there 2. effect of millions of job cut is still to be reflect into stock market(reduced purchase power will ultimately turn up into lesser demand and same result into dip into profit margins of companies.). 3. devaluation of $, reason: printing of paper currency and resulted into devaluation. Etc. reasons which clearly take us to conclusion that US market still not recovered and yet to see new steep fall.

If you look at the Dow Jones theory it is against to what has been said on the opposite side. And I think the markets technical analyst goes along with it.
