In current scenario, we cannot give any chance to end user to make any quality comment on the finish product. Which word should be suitable or key or most important to avoid such quality failures at user end, and why?

Side A - "Value addition"

or

Side B - "value creation"

Value Creation and Value Addition are terms employed to analyze and understand better the productive function. For the consumer the condition of the product used by him and its value to him at the time of use only matter. Whether you created value or added value before passing on the product to him happens to be irrelevant to him.

If you are particular to deliver a criticism-proof product to your customer, the entire range of your production should receive microscopic attention.

If I am not correct, kindly clarify how I should differently understand the terms Value Creation and Value Addition.

According to me where offerings are so diverse the industry is less and less relevant as the arena of competition, sustained value-building can come from corporate strategy, it need not come from the competitive success, so value addition is more important.

Value Addition and Creation are the two hands of the same tree called Product. They come into existence either during test marketing the product before launch OR they need to be immediately implemented after the launch and customer calls!

Need to really understand the direction in which you are thinking Mr. Aras. Its a bit unclear. Only thing that comes out is that you are trying to seek and answer for creating value or adding value. Its like the existence of right hand and left hand of the same body used differently and as aplicable!

I doesn't belong to such industry; neither I did understand your purpose behind the question. What I understood is you don't wanna give a chance to your customer to comment about your short comings & that I just don't understand; why?

It gives two implications; 1. You know where the fault is precisely; still you don't want to improve. 2. You know there's a snag but does not know to be exact & still don't want to explore...

In both the case I just don't see the value is added or being created....
