The data that was found for indound mergers show that out of 14 M&A there was a loss of 11 and a gain of 3, for outbound loss of 24 and gain of 2 and for domestic loss of 8 nd gain of 3. This data I think is clearly showing the loss of M&A.

The best example which I could give you all is of Land Rover & TATA, it was considered as the most expensive deal and the loss which was encountered fter the deal was 8.204%.

Just one loss in M&A does not decide the working of M&A, it was Land Rover & TATA which had a loss and what about Maruti & Suzuki which increased their response to many folds.
