When we get a task we have to plan how to do this job,after proper planning we need to direct it because a boat can not reach its destination without rudder so need to manage how to do the work,hardwork without management is like boating in dessert.

Management is important but just management wont take us anywhere. We also need to do hardwork. Hard work in right direction. (We term it as smart work). One needs to completely dedicate himself if he wants to achieve something. Only mangement is necessary when the part of hard work is already taken care of, before that only management takes you no where.
