A persons mind is their true reflector. And all communication happens once the mind send the signal to the brain. So in reality its the mind that communicates how you act, walk, talk, behave etc. For eg. when in your mind you hate some person, then whenever you communicate with that person, your attitude wouldnt be that friendly. People who say they can control their mind and have postivie attitude to show are fooling themselves and others. It is our mind that mirrors our exterior posture and as a result our communication mirrors that feeling.

Hello Neha, Unless Yo dont want to change your self there is no machine or human beings can change you. Changing means changing your mind's behavior and it is very difficult for others to ready your mind, example You may think I am Intelligent , smart looking , helping you in all direction or Iam in a top Position etc etc but you cannt read my mind what what Iam thinking about you. The Best examples are our Ministers who speaks so nice before election and they do all scam after the election. We can follow good people and try to change our thinking and life style that can possible

dear all, somewhere in our scriptures, it is truly said that an individual projects his or her peronality through three means - first "mansa" (mind, thoughts, ideas, etc) - second "vacha" (vachan, conversation, communication, etc) - and lastly through "karma" (actions - what he does as well as what he chooses not to do). considered together these can lead to a fairly good assessment of an individual's personality and consequently attitude and behavior. i hope this helps. my regards to all participants.
