I have used two webconferencing solutions Cisco-Webex and Avaya VideoConferencing. These technologies have facilitated virtual teams, conducting online courses webinars etc... The only issue i can see is that web conferencing technologies are not standardized, which has been a significant factor in the lack of interoperability, transparency, platform dependence, security issues, cost and market segmentation.

Web conferencing solutions like Webconcall require procedures which are very simple and logical and with in-built guidance which make these solutions very easy to learn. With the ease and multiple features being enhanced with each version these are becoming more and more useful and easy to use.
