Kapil really nice thing to be asked. No weekend class can replace a full time course. There are certain courses which are good but still dedicating all your time to one thing and dedicating few hours happen to be two different things.

Today, people get very less time to fulfill their hobbies. Weedays 9-6 Jobs have made the life quite hectic. Weekend workshops can be fulfilling & help you learn basic skills of your hobbies like Film Making, Piano etc. You also get to network with the people in similar fields plus enough motivation to carry forward your hobby. For example a recent ad at some event website https://sites.google.com/site/mumbaifilmworkshop/ is one more bold step to give film making education to people at such affordable cost. The actual film making courses costs few lacks and general people can rarely afford them.
