Is weekly off necessary for every individual working with any organization at whatever capacity? The roaster method a sbeing practiced in many organizations finds many motivation to employees and a good working environment today.

Money being immaterial and still remains important for all of us today.

Withoput money one cannot survive but human body needs rest else at or above 45 years we may start deteriorating.

Withoput money one cannot survive but human body needs rest else at or above 45 years we may start deteriorating.

In the way to yield more productivity we need at least one day rest but the call centre executives do pursue thrie job (night shifts specially) along with their higher studies.

So when do we take rest and do our pending works that could be social,personal etc

Perhaps not, there is a class of people who are 'ON' while they work & referred as workaholics.

Depends upon individuals, I think.
