Vipul I agree with you, two day off in a week should be made mandatory. That will help people to give more productivity, since they have sufficient rest........

Weekly off for 2 days is definitely a best policy when switching is required for an employee. This policy introduced by MNCs in India and it's really good for the employer point of view to find a best corner to relax in such a hectic week life. Employer had simply added the daily working hours in respect to provide a 2 weekly off. But still an employee is under pressure to have a lots of work load. Depending today's scenario, 2 days weekly off is must otherwise be ready to see the no. of professionals switching your company one by one.

I definitely support 5 working days week because we work to live a lively life which has gradually changed with time (with the advent of innovation, implementation, modernization, commercialization and competition). So the 'life as a social being' and 'work to enjoy life' concepts are rapidly diminishing; it has become a compelling fight for existence and accomplishments. Therefore in this fast paced world of routines, time tables, pps and excel sheets it has become a necessity to avail our {'personalized life' @ 2 days work off.}
