boss always should be friendly with employees. he should not forget that he is also a employee and he also has a boss, its the chain like this. but there should be always a thin line of carrot and stick between boss and subordinates. so a well mixture of both make a good boss.

Yes Mula in order to be a sucessful Manager one should be friendly maintaining a thin line of carrot and stick without anybody understanding it. But how? If practised once in a year it will be additonal benifit for some and a hand ful will get the stick.

A sucessful Manager always keep a thin line in between him and the employees it will not right to say the carrot and stic is the only answer there are so many and who applies becomes sucessful. You will find any sucessful Manager is without temper once and always.
