The said statement caused lot of furore in political circle.It tried to percolate down to the common people but indian population seems intelligent enough to forgo it.Now we need to introspect whether it was right of political parties to corner Mr. Tharoor on this kind of statement.

Bourocrats, technocrats, professionals etc. aspire to hold a high office in politics and in Govt. Some of us believe that they may become 'most' successful even though they have had no idea about India, Indian citizens and her heritages and cultures. ( here a good portion of people do not get square meal a day ).

We have got an unique 'educated' man as Minister of GOI who has good exposure in USA and political culture of that country. But ... this is India, a great civilisation created even before USA was born.

Mr Tharoor is now a good subject of discussion here in India and her political circle ... less elaborated ...less better. He might take a 'vacation' from (Indian) politics .. say for one year and join an IPL cricket team to gurner fame, glamour, money and .. if possible .. a brand new Girl Friend for himself.

A common man in india is intelligent enough to show indifference to his statement but our politician dont want to get mature.They still think they can encash on the poor population who are poorly educated and can be fooled .But the things have changed now and people cant be fooled with such kind of hype.Mr.Shashi tharoor is a neat politician who ha sdared to come on twitter on daily basis to share his everyday affair in politics.He should be instead rewarded for his transparent governance.He said this only during his one of the twitter statement to share his inner feelings about the govt. actions in his language.There is nothing wrong in that.

Though somewhere Tharoor has said a bitter truth, but it shows his carelessness. Morally wrong!

Those in power and position should be careful in their utterances. They should also make the context clear. Referring to a class of travellers as cattle class is not becoming of him.

His use of 'Cattle Class" for the poor travellers is very derogatory in nature, devoid of any sensitivity and human feeling. If a politician has  these kinds of thinking for the masses, how you can expect him to do any good to the commen people, leave apart the Nation.
