I always think knowledge without luck is like health without wealth ..... on the other hand  luck with out knowledge is like wealth without health

i have faced 21 companies so far. every campus requirement luck is a big factor since student deserve for selection were outside from the selection list . "TCS" recruitment the students who got chance first interact to HR are placed but the student at the end told me that HR is not interested to recruit them , what was that LUCK .

what is important for a job a good luck or good knowledge . So many students have good knowledge but at the end of their degree they haven't jobs in hand, is everything depends on luck ?

I would say that knowledge helps you to get employment as organizations are looking to employ people who are knowledgeble, who can help the company to succeed.

Luck will be secondary factor.

Without knowledge(skills), its not possibe to survive in any company.
