The industry is obsessed with the experienced engineers than inviting individual or fresh patents. They definitely do take the idea if you give and then they use their brains, than paying royalty for your patent.

Like does the industry make mimicry of products or services or it really thinks about something original...like for really interested people ..the concept of copyrights should be null.

Yes this is the case with many organization, they get better idea from their peers and don't implement it in the same way but in a different way...

Be it whatever industry..i believe manpower always need to follow certain principles, offcorse one has its own particular way of functioning which is no doubt identical to individual, but as an organisation manpower needs to grow together.
