according to my opinion,the best way of judging others is analysing one's behaviour....as this wil reflect his manners.this wil reveal completely about his surroundings that in which type of environment he survives & what type of personality he/she is..

In my opinion, it is difficult to judge any person objectively. I may think that XYZ is good but he may be bad in your opinion. It depends on the perception of the individual judging. The person who is judging, must be above all feelings and perceptions.

Judging others is not always an easy task. That depends on the perceptions you have about the person. Your judgement need not be perfect even. But, before judging a person you need to have study the person about his attitudes, his behaviour towards others, his ethical values, beliefs etc. One must not forget that every person will hold personalities, the outer personality and the inner personality. If you could gauge the innerpersonality of the person, you can judge him more accurately.

way of speaking can be practiced and adopted artificially...but behaviour comes from good upbringing...cannot be mimicked...

in my opinion CSR is much more important as this will help in building goodwill among people associated with the corporate & this will in turn affect its relations with the public associated with company...
there must be no ban on girls as keeping mobile with them helps in providing them more safety & security.
