What is the debate about..How fresher's can get job now a days,every one asking experience?

I too Agree being having good acads results i am trying to hard to find job in bamgalore from 1 year.

my friend u're right , how  fresher get experience if they enchanting continously experience..........................

how much student will learn, how many course and training will do? all students are not rich most are middle class, there is financial problem for all. if whole life we will learn then when we will do job and manage family. after expending many years in this field if we won't get success then where will go what will do..????? even we can not change field!!!!!   

students are always encouraged for learning but no one giving chance  and without giving chance how they will prove that they can handle work, even they have training experience. but companies don't accept training experience also why they want company paid experience tag on student. that company won't come and work only student and student mind will work. now a days our academic syllabus is advance we are learning new things but still we are not getting opportunity. 

Yup, Freshers should be encouraged to learn.Without giving an opportunity how can they prove that they are capable of handling any work??

Yeah unlike engineering fields life science companies don't take students/freshers with good academic records /projects,here only students with good communication skills,excellent resume get placed avg academic records are taken.In my opinion life sciences companies should train freshers who have apitude to learn rather than looking for experienced.
