Lack of awareness among workers/labors due to lack of education and inappropriate training is the major cause of major accidents & disasters in Industries. In some cases Management is also found guilty for the accidents.

Can everyone aspire management training, technical supervisor, etc, it is not possible in developed nations too, even if resources are available, in an organization be it profit making non-profiting or sarkari the management has to take care of its staff, partners, vendors, and customers. An organization is a group; working under a leadership team (the management) implementing its vision mission and the resulting attitude shows up (sanskar), its true for a family where you pick them up early in your life.

We need a “karta”, verb in a sentence to stand up as sentence, so is management in an organization.

Lack of awareness among labors is the main reason as most of them are rigid to take any new lesson or technique.

Many a time, it is seen that managements were negligent, escapist and unresponsive. It is also observed that labour too was irresponsible. The ideal situation should be both the sides shlould equally share the responsibility and awareness.

Yes Joydeep I though tend to agree actually the work force and management should work in tandem to avert any industrial disaster.

The person or a group of persons from management are actually aware of the problem but the attitude is missing in working hand to hand with work force causes the disaster. The Union Carbide case is an example where management was aware of the problem but could not foresee the scale of disaster.
