I found so many times here on Toostep that few professional go off the track sometimes and instead of commenting on what they requested for ...they just starts targeting other members of the community which i feel is the most embarrassing situation for the professional who share or asked for the ideas & that purely discourage the person who put lot of efforts to collect and share the information with other members of the community. So, at last I hope to be a part of healthy discussions in future and continue getting +ve feedback from all professional on TOOSTEP.COM. Regards Rohit

I support your views & you are to the point.

One should show it's difference of opinion, while expressing it's view in a proper manner & without hurting anybody's emotion & without getting personal, but sometimes it happens due to war of supremacy.

Simply in one line that "To Get & Share the Right information, Knowledge etc." Debate:- Debate shows the members are sharing their views by different way, but it should not criticise to anybody. Ideate:- Getting many ideas, creativity thoughts which are related to the topic concern. Insight:- Get the depth knowledge of particular subject and share your right views or you can elaborate more on that subject.. Q & A:- Getting reason, specific information, motivation, problem-solution etc. Thanks Rohit sir for referal

SILENCE, it seems, is proved to be GOLDEN, of late in this Social Network - Toostep, Mr. Rohit - I endorse your view completely! For strengthening the seriousness of topics / discussions, etc., founders of this site have not deviced adequate mechanism to moderate such discussions by removing irrelevant posts! In the process, many of the knowledgeable members are keeping away, not sharing their valuable wisdom, which otherwise are sold at heavy prices in commercial educational environment! Members of Toostep should understand this and behave accordingly! I won't term this as a deliberate attempt, but out of ignorance many members are posting irrelevant things.

A debate involves putting forth all points of view and usually involves the process selection of one of them as the most suitable. Q&A on the other hand involves a specific answer to a specific question. Ideate is different....it may involve a bit of out of the box thinking. One ideates when one wants a genuinely best solution and not a routine solution. I hope I helped. But you are correct....many discussions on too step wander off the point by needlessly digressing. I also feel this digression defeats he purpose of these forums.

All type of people are in this world same is with too steps . Let every one put his views we must not be upset those things can be and must be tolrated . As such people will notchange their habbits as their nature is of that type.Kindly ignore such comments.
