I am asked to give a bribe then I asked the officer to tell me where his son is studing so that i will tell his teacher to bring a bribe to teach on that day then the officer did not ask me any bribe and i got my work done. so students are still unpolluted they can bring a rapid change

students, are much more idealistic, committed, impressionable, energetic, and dedicated, What they lack is focus and direction which can be imparted to them through the timely guidance and role modeling. This is possible if we have the right people imparting knowledge to them. the onus is not on the student but the educators who should use their vast experience to guide them accordingly. But do we as educators really fulfill our responsibility?

This is the students community only who can start this positive campaign which should have a full support from the people who really want to root out this menace of corruption, however it is unfortunate that the students also become corrupt because the higher cost of our education

I strongly agree with this statement. Because I believe that the youth mass which is mostly contributed by students or new employee possess the power to bring changes in any society in any system. At the same time I believe that the old people are already in sight the system willingly or not. They had passed though the corrupted system and either they had protested it and lost the battle and somewhere compromised or supported the system. It was not their fault rather they were lacking opportunity due to various constraints in the system. The middle aged people don’t have time to do so and I believe this is due to the existing family system. They are married have one or two children and their responsibility, so they don’t have time even to think about it; and this not a problem in Metros, even in rural area. Finally the youth who can do so? They are coming with new thoughts. They have not faced any constraints from the corrupted system. So when the first time they will face they can’t bear it. They will burst. It will happen just like if someone slap a person in the first meet without saying anything or without any fault then the reaction will be immediate and vigorous. Just like that when a student faces the slap of the corrupted system the reaction will be the same. And if it will be spread to mass, Revolution may come. I had mentioned the above statement because I was a student before 5 months I had gone through similar kind of situations. And this will be time when the old people will support the students who had tried to protest the corruption sometime back in the time line and were not able to do anything due the hurdles in the system. History also witnessed various revolution brought by students in India. Today students are much informed, Laws are supportive and globalization of education is in its peak. These are the boosters to the student strength.

Oh yes, they can bring change like anything and they will infact, if Rahul gandhi is the most followed person on Facebook by the youth of India, the same youth if given proper direction can change the whole face of nation and how it is perceived it in the first place.

Students can bring down the corruption in our country
and it is possible. In our country, almost all houses have one or two
school going children. They are aware of parents activities. If they
found that their parents are deviating from the transparent path, they
can use the tool of love and affection and correct the parents so that
they come back to the right path. By doing this, our students will be very helpful in removing corruption in our country.

Hello All “Youth” and “student” are not the same, bringing around a well designed and desired change (transformation is the right word, change means something sudden) which impacts other avenues favourably needs lot of planning brainstorming commitment to live with and live up with. I am from Kolkata, let’s not replicate it. I have the experience; believe me this is not the job of students.

The curriculum of modern education made to mold the mind of new generation as flexible as rubber to adjust them with current situation. Those students coming from this educational system will survived any situations. Unfortunately they are unable to fight against the corruption because it is a part of our society.

I agree with Joydeep here, its not the job of students and its us who are having some sort of experience in this thing, who have undergone some sort of corruption kind of experience in their life, who had no option but had to give bribe at some point in their life.

I agree that if youth join something, they surely can bring revolution, but bringing them together in such diverse culture is very difficult, they'll be just in groups enjoy time with their friends and then are wired to do a rat race in their life, and have attitude in life like there will be someone else to do the job, and never tell themselves that they could be one who is that themselves, so I don't see students driving these things so we can't expect them to be something else which they are not.

Student implies learner they are in process of adapting new skill, its advisable for them to be away from fighting corruption, rather concentrate on what they want to achieve. Achieve your full capacity, speak out, world will listen.

students are exposed to corruption from the student elections and the idea to control the parents through their children was followed by the communist countries. Corruption can be minimised but not totall eradicated. For minimising awareness of the disease is necessary and each one should stick to honesty or elect those who are least corrupt
